Current Rebate Credits Available

2006-2007 Conservation Programs & Rebate Guidelines

The new program began October 1, 2006 and applies only to appliances purchased and measures installed after that date. Bonneville Power Administration determines the program parameters and qualifications for these rebates. All measures and incentives levels are subject to change. All measures must be installed within the West Oregon Electric service territory and are subject to inspection.

Windows

BPA requires that replacement windows have a U-Value of .30 or lower. Any window higher than a U-.30 is not eligible. Rebate is based on 25% of the project cost, with a maximum rebate of $350.

Clothes Washer

Must have a MEF of 1.8 or higher to qualify for the $50 rebate.


Water Heater

Lifetime warranty, Energy rating of .94 for 50 gallons and .91 for 60 gallons or larger.

Commercial Lighting

Incentives are available for upgrading to energy efficient commercial lighting as long as funds are available. A lighting audit performed by a lighting contractor is encouraged.
